Service Eligibility
Oldful services are designed for senior citizens and their families. By using our services, you agree to be bound by these terms.
Service Use
- Services are subject to the selected plan
- Visits and calls are scheduled in advance
- Outings are arranged based on safety, location, and availability
- You agree not to misuse or harm our staff, platform, or reputation
Payment Terms
- All plans are billed annually unless stated otherwise
- Prices are inclusive of all taxes
- Car rental, fuel, and accommodation for long-distance outings are charged separately
- Invoices and receipts will be provided
Cancellation and Refund
You may cancel within 7 days of subscribing for a full refund (if no services were used)
No refunds after service utilization begins, except under exceptional cases at our discretion
Liability
Oldful will make all efforts to deliver safe, timely, and caring service. However, we are not liable for: Delays due to natural disasters, strikes, or third-party failures
Medical complications outside our control
Misuse of services by clients or family members
Modification of Terms
We may update these Terms occasionally. Continued use means acceptance of the revised Terms.
