Oldful offers personalized eldercare services, including tech support, healthcare coordination, emotional wellness, emergency support, and outings — as per the selected plan.
Service Access
- Service begins upon confirmation of payment and onboarding
- All services are delivered by trained professionals and vetted team members
- Communication is conducted through calls, WhatsApp, SMS, and in-person visits
Limitations
- Emergency services depend on regional availability
- Outstation/out-of-state outings require at least 7 days prior notice
- All services are subject to local laws and resource availability
