Scope of Services 

Oldful offers personalized eldercare services, including tech support, healthcare coordination, emotional wellness, emergency support, and outings — as per the selected plan.

Service Access 

  • Service begins upon confirmation of payment and onboarding
  • All services are delivered by trained professionals and vetted team members
  • Communication is conducted through calls, WhatsApp, SMS, and in-person visits

Limitations 

  • Emergency services depend on regional availability
  • Outstation/out-of-state outings require at least 7 days prior notice
  • All services are subject to local laws and resource availability

Support Hours 

Standard support: 9 AM – 7 PM (Mon–Sat) 

Priority support for select plans

24/7 SOS coverage included.
